Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines your rights and our processes for cancellations and refunds related to the InnerPiece app and any associated paid services. We are committed to being fair, transparent, and compliant with Australian Consumer Law, as well as applicable consumer protection laws in the United States and the United Kingdom.

2. Free Features

InnerPiece offers free features that do not require payment. If you are using free features only, no refund or cancellation applies. You may delete the app and your account at any time.

3. Subscriptions

3.1 How Subscriptions Work

InnerPiece offers the following paid plans:

Monthly and yearly subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

3.2 How to Cancel a Subscription

Subscriptions are managed through your app store account, not directly through InnerPiece. To cancel:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to paid features until your current period expires.

3.3 Subscription Refunds

Because subscriptions are processed through Apple or Google, refund requests for subscription payments must be directed to the relevant app store:

We do not have the ability to process refunds for payments made through the app stores. However, if you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

3.4 Lifetime Access Refunds

Lifetime access is a one-time purchase. Because it is processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, refund requests should be directed to the relevant app store using the methods described in section 3.3. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law, UK consumer law, and applicable US consumer protection laws are not affected by this policy.

4. In-App Purchases

If InnerPiece offers additional one-time in-app purchases, refund requests for these purchases should be directed to the relevant app store using the methods described in section 3.3.

5. Free Trials

If we offer a free trial period, you will not be charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged at the standard rate. You may cancel at any time during the trial through your app store settings as described in section 3.2.

6. Account Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature within the app. Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Please cancel your subscription through your app store first.

7. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law, UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, or applicable US state and federal consumer protection laws.

Australia: Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010). For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and obtain a refund for any unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. If a failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time.

United Kingdom: If you are a consumer in the UK, you have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for a particular purpose, and as described. If our digital content does not meet these standards, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

United States: If you are a consumer in the US, your rights are protected under applicable state and federal consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy is intended to limit those rights.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. The updated policy will be effective from the date stated at the top of this page.
